Super deals!

For you tablescapers...Ballard Designs has their set of 4 gray willow chargers for $9.99
Willow Chargers the matching stands are also on sale.

Ballard also has their Brisbane Ottoman (coffee table...) on sale for $59.99

Back to school time and Buy.com has the gamer backpack for $9.99 with free shipping (limit 5)

BJ's Wholesale has 8 packs of CFL for $1.99 - yep, you read that right! They're $11.99 with a $10 instant coupon so they ring up at $1.99. Check your local store for stock! Instant rebate tag says it's good thru December 2010.

BJ's Wholesale also has a coupon at the front of the store this week for $6 off if you purchase a Tide Total Care ($14.99 at my store) and any Bounce fabric softener sheets (no choice at my store - but it was $7.99 for the box) - I also had $1 off any Tide purchase coupon from the paper so, basically I got a zillion dryer sheets for $.99. We haven't had a Bounce coupon in the past few weeks, but if you have, even more savings for you there!

Walmart has their patio furniture on clearance. I looked at a couple of sets (that I don't need) that were $699 and marked down to $249. One set had 4 chairs w/ cushions and a large square table (coffee table height) with the fire pit in the middle. Awesome deal if you need some deck furniture! Check out your local garden department!

On other fronts...somehow my pretty new pumpkin tureen was broken when Mr. P moved it from the living room to the kitchen. He says all he did was pick it up and move it. However there's a line about three inches long where various size chips in the ceramic and a crack that you can see from both the inside and the outside. So that was more or less a waste of $15 since it won't hold food anymore. Sometimes I feel like I'm just not allowed to have anything nice. Something always "mysteriously" happens to MY stuff. I looked at that tureen for a couple of weeks at the thrift store thinking that I really liked it but I didn't want to spend $15 on it....when it was still there I thought it must be meant for me and my pumpkin collection so I finally paid the $15 for it and never got to use it. For now I guess i'll pack it up - maybe I can still display it up on a shelf where you can't see the crack or something. I also have a stash of newly picked trash to share with you, but Mr. Paisley strikes again. He took it all to the storage  unit. Seriously? How am I supposed to work on my FREE projects when you can't leave them alone for a week? Of course all of this is making me NOT want to blog...which stinks.
