Very slow day at the office. I had the munchies big time.
It was chilly this morning so I busted out my favorite winter outfit - a black cable knit sweater dress from Ralph Lauren and black boots. Here's a stock photo of the dress (sadly, it doesn't look QUITE like that on me, but I still love it)
I had a big bowl of chicken salad with almonds for breakfast.
Then I had some melon. And some cashews. And then an Apple Pie Lara Bar. Not sure about that one - VERY heavy on the cinnamon!
Eventually I had lunch...which wasn't much. A large sweet potato, a fruit cup, some melon...and some bonus grapes and fresh pineapple that were leftover from catering a meeting today.
Before leaving I had a second Lara Bar - coconut cream pie. Seriously - someone take the fork out of my hand! I went for a walk around the building a couple of times hoping it would help. Plus water. Lots of water.
Dinner was another round of Apple Cider Vinegar pork chops - this time with broccoli and roasted acorn squash. It was delicious. No surprise there.
Surprise! I remembered to take a picture tonight.
I had Mr. P. throw the last 3 chicken breasts in with the apple cider vinegar while he was making the pork chops so I would have some protein for lunch the next couple of days. We'll see how that turned out. It's packed and ready to go in my lunch bag in the morning.
Aside from being tired today - I feel good.
